Community Spotlight – Pocatello

Today’s Alliance Title branch spotlight features the vibrant community of Pocatello, ID. This great place is home to Idaho State University and a friendly Alliance Title branch that loves serving its customers and community alike.

The professionals inside this branch have over 92 years of combined experience, and they put this expertise to work every day. It’s because of their commitment to great service that the branch has been able to build a faithful following through the years. “Our knowledge is always leveraged when we’re helping our customers,” said Lisa Armijo, the branch’s Business Development Representative. “So many of our customers have been loyal customers for decades, and we consider them extended family. We love genuinely knowing our customers and being involved in their lives… not just in their transactions.”

The Pocatello branch supports multiple organizations such as the Pocatello/Chubbuck Chamber of Commerce, the local Rotary Club, Junior Achievement, the Kiwanis Club, the Idaho Foodbank, NeighborWorks, which is dedicated to affordable housing and related initiatives, and more! “We’re very proud that the Pocatello team has been recognized in many different ways, including a team member who was recently awarded the Distinguished Citizen Award. We’ve also received the Greater Pocatello Association of REALTORS® Affiliate of the Year award multiple times and recognition as a Black Belt Volunteer for the community,” Armijo said.

Pocatello is historically referred to as the “Gateway to the Northwest” because of its location on the Oregon Trail. The city and surrounding area are known for a multitude of outdoor offerings, cultural options, and leisure activities. In addition to being a beloved college town, this place has traditionally ranked high for both retirees and families. Many of our team members take time to enjoy the wonderful city around them through various hobbies and activities and are Proud to Be Pocatello. “We all have many interests, including travel, love of pets, good food, time with family and friends and spending time outdoors,” Armijo said.

The Alliance Pocatello team has some fun news to share! Its new office is under construction and should be ready for business this winter. While our team has plenty of experience helping customers move from one chapter to the next, it’s extra exciting to be the ones getting a new place.
