Community Spotlight – Mountain Home

For the next Alliance Title branch spotlight, we’re visiting the community of Mountain Home, ID. Located less than an hour from Boise, this city is home to the Mountain Home Air Force Base and a hardworking group of Alliance Title professionals. Becky Hughes says, “the quality of our product, our customer service, and our ability to close quickly are the things that set us apart from the competition.”

Overall, Mountain Home is a friendly place with a small atmosphere that still provides residents and visitors alike with the “big-city conveniences” they want. Mountain Home is known for its Air Force Appreciation Day—which includes one of the state’s largest parades—and two annual festivals: the Mountain Home Country Music Festival and the Endless Summer Festival of Beer.

This team has a combined experience of over 85 years and loves building customer connections. When asked what they love about their customers, Becky says, “They recognize and appreciate the entire team for their part in each successful closing. They put their trust in us to handle transactions and many support Alliance events.”

The Alliance Title Mountain Home team loves getting involved in the community and regularly volunteers at events and fundraisers. These efforts include events with the area Chamber of Commerce and local schools, supporting the Giving tree, the Military Affairs Committee (which Escrow Officer Jamie Springer is Vice President of for 2024!), and participating in the Nick Trueba Charity Golf Tournament. Of course, the local team here loves being involved in the Alliance Title Closing the Hunger Gap food drive and showing their town spirit. “Our office won the Parks & Rec award for the best decorated business for Mountain Home High School Homecoming Week last year,” Hughes said.

Like many in Mountain Home, our Alliance Title team members have direct ties to the military. Escrow Assistant Cassidy Quehl served in the Air Force, and a quartet of associates – Escrow Officer Becky Hughes, Title Officer Sally Loosli, Title Assistant Tiffany Lerch and Escrow Assistant Denise Snow – are all military spouses.

Our group also enjoys a variety of hobbies and interests outside of the office. Loosli is an amateur plantsman and sells her beautiful flowers at the Farmer’s Market. Lerch sews “vintage era” clothing. Snow is an avid hiker and hockey fan. Springer enjoys traveling, kayaking and cheering on Boise State University. Hughes loves movies and gardening, and Quehl loves spending time with her precious daughter.

Now that you’ve learned more about our great team in Mountain Home, give them a shout out on the Alliance Title Mountain Home Facebook Page. This entire group appreciates the community around them and would love to work with you the next time you’re buying or selling property in Elmore County!
