Branch Spotlight – Salmon

Today’s Alliance Title branch spotlight shines brightly on our Salmon, ID branch and our small group of professionals there. They make sure that Alliance Title remains an integral part of the beautiful and close-knit community.

Here, in a place that is most famous for sharing a name with the Salmon River and being the birthplace of Sacajawea, – the Lemhi Shoshone Native American who played a crucial role in the Lewis and Clark Expedition – is where you’ll find Escrow Officer Sarah Magyar and Administrative Assistant Shannon Golding. This team embodies hard work and a strong commitment to their community.

“We love that our customers include us in taking care of their clients. We appreciate that they have the confidence in us to be a part of their transactions,” said Alison Banta, the branch’s General Manager and Vice President. “Shannon and Sarah work hard and are always backed by a huge team of escrow and title professionals that bring many decades of experience to the table.”

The expertise, resources and tools provided by the Alliance Title family to customers of the Salmon branch is the best of both worlds, Banta added. They get personal service, connection with the people inside the branch and all the positives of partnering with a regional leader in the title world.

“Being a small, rural office, the expectation is that everything takes a long time to close, but when we tell them we can get it done quickly and easily, it creates a great closing experience for our customers,” she said. “Our advanced technology allows us to complete transactions across the country, which is much appreciated.”

The Salmon team always makes sure to get involved, especially by participating in Alliance Title’s annual food drive. “We were very grateful with the generousity of the community as we supported Meals on Wheels with our Closing the Hunger Gap campaign,” Banta said.

Outside of work, you can count Sarah and Shannon among the many outdoor enthusiasts who work, live and play in Salmon. Sarah loves rafting and has embarked on several trips down the Salmon River, even if that waterway is affectionately known as the “River of No Return.” Shannon also enjoys spending time gardening. Whether you’ve already discovered what makes Salmon so special or this spotlight piqued your interest in the great town, our Alliance Title team invites you to explore everything Lemhi and Custer counties have to offer. If you or someone you know is ready to call Salmon, ID home, we are always prepared to work with you! Want to shout out this branch? Share your thoughts on the Alliance Title Salmon Facebook page!
