BRANCH SPOTLIGHT – EAGLE

Our next Alliance Title branch spotlight focuses on our hardworking – and fun – team in the beautiful community of Eagle, Idaho.

Alliance Title’s Eagle branch employees pride themselves on working together to make every real estate transaction a pleasant experience. Collectively, they have more than a century of combined title knowledge to rely on and are always aiming to do their work accurately and efficiently.

Communication is also paramount for this group of experienced title professionals. Responding quickly with accurate information is one of the many ways the team goes about helping customers close their home purchase or sale. Especially when getting the right information is time-sensitive, this is the group you want working for you!

Eagle team members love their community and giving back by participating in various local events. Every year they continue to grow their contribution to the companywide food drive ‘Closing the Hunger Gap,’ working in partnership with their friends at the Idaho Food Bank. Each October, the Eagle team and employees from other Alliance Title branches team up with their local food banks to collect non-perishable food items and funds to help end hunger.

The word “service” is important in another way for the Eagle branch, too. The team includes two veterans, Escrow Officer Tonya Reeves, who spent time in the Navy, and Operational Support Specialist Sharla Dudding, who was a member of the Air Force. A special, related shoutout goes to Susan Krause, another Operational Support Specialist in the Eagle branch. She volunteers with three military organizations, The Wounded Warrior Project, The Lone Survivor Foundation, and Team Never Quit.

The Eagle team is always motivated to do the best job for its loyal customers and partners, and the entire staff is proud of the relationships it has built over the years. It’s all part of that dedication to service.

“Our customers are loyal, dedicated professionals who we are privileged to work alongside,” said Kimberlie Blasius, the branch’s Vice President and Escrow Manager. “With a strong partnership between our customers and the outstanding Eagle team, we are confident that we will get the closing to the finish line efficiently and professionally.”

Outside the office, you will find Eagle branch team members enjoying the great outdoors. They enjoy participating in all things Idaho, including mountain biking, skiing, camping, four-wheeling, fishing and golfing. Ask any of them about their latest adventure next time you stop by the Alliance Title Eagle branch.

Whether you’re buying or selling commercial or residential property in Ada County, the professionals at Alliance Title’s Eagle location would be delighted to help make your next transaction a success! Give them a shout out on the Alliance Title Eagle Facebook Page!
