Community Spotlight – Salmon, Idaho
The charming town of Salmon, Idaho can be found nestled within the mountains of Central Idaho. The city of Salmon is located along the Salmon River – once named “The River of No Return” due to boats not being able to make it back upstream.
Home to the Sacajawea Interpretive Culture and Education Center, Salmon celebrates Lemhi Shoshone culture and highlights Sacajawea’s legacy.
Salmon’s scenic mountain town has origins in mining, lumbering, and family ranching. Now, Salmon is rich in art galleries, a variety of restaurants, and plenty of outdoor recreational activities – fishing, biking, rafting, cross-county skiing, and hiking – just to name a few!
A 7-minute walk from the Lemhi County Farmers Market, you’ll find our Alliance Title Salmon office! With a combined title & escrow experience of 47 years, our Salmon branch is thrilled to serve Lemhi County.
Tina Dettloff, Salmon’s Assistant Branch Manager, takes a moment to explain what makes the Salmon team stand out from the competition: “Our office’s training and level of experience is strong and dependable. We appreciate our real estate agents who are thorough, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond for their clients.”
Alliance’s Salmon branch cares deeply for their local community. They’ve supported The Backpack and Angel programs at the local high school, the Calvary Church food bank, and the Rotary Club.
Outside of the office, the Salmon team is adventurous and always looking for ways to continue learning! Escrow Officer, Heidi Semmler, is an archery hunter; Escrow Assistant, Sarah Magyar, is currently learning German and Korean, and Tina is a master gardener!
