Community Spotlight – Blackfoot

The “Potato Capital of the World” is located in Bingham County and hosts the world’s largest baked potato and potato chip in the local Idaho Potato Museum – what city is this, might you ask?

It’s Blackfoot, Idaho!

Blackfoot sits at the confluence of the Snake and Blackfoot River, and is in the center of Bingham County. Every year, the town hosts the Eastern Idaho State Fair, and is one of the finest agricultural fairs in the country. You’ll be entertained with horse racing, rodeos, and plenty of carnival rides.

A three-minute drive from Blackfoot Movie Mill (a historical industrial building that has been transformed into a multiplex theatre) you’ll find our Alliance Title’s Blackfoot branch! Our Blackfoot team has 93 years of experience in title and escrow combined – and they’re excited and ready to help you close on your next real estate transaction.

Kassandra Short, Escrow Officer for the branch, explains how she feels the Blackfoot team stands out from the competition: “Our team is a fabulous group of girls! We have many years of knowledge under our belt, which benefits us tremendously when it comes to our customer’s trust and the experience we provide to them!”

The Blackfoot office continuously strives for ways to contribute to their local community. The branch is involved in The Blackfoot Chamber of Commerce, the Greater Blackfoot Association of Realtors (GBAR), and the Community Dinner Table. Every year, they also help in participating and donating towards the Blackfoot Police Department Trunk or Treat.

When they’re not working hard in the office, you can find the Blackfoot team spending time with family, exploring the outdoors, traveling, crafting, and tuning up their skills on the piano!

Alliance’s Blackfoot customers become like family to the team. Kassandra continues, “We love how loyal our customers are and the relationships we have built with them. Knowing that they put their trust and faith in us to successfully close their transactions makes it all worth it! Blackfoot is a small town, so we are raised around and alongside our customers. Because of this, many of our customers are our friends and neighbors!”

Whether you’re buying or selling commercial or residential property in Bingham County, the professionals at Alliance Title’s Blackfoot location would be delighted to help make your next transaction a success! Give Blackfoot a shout out on their Alliance Blackfoot Facebook page!
