We have a new Alliance Title Employee Spotlight – Becky Loomis!

Becky is a Servicing Title Officer for Alliance’s Centralized Title Services (CTS) and Central Order Processing (COP) teams in Boise, Idaho. Becky’s job description includes: recordings, date downs, searching, examining, supporting escrow closers, and answering lots (and lots!) of title questions.  

Of the Alliance Core Values, “Teamwork” is Becky’s favorite. She explains, “Not one person can do this business alone!”

Becky has been in the title industry for 28 years and has been with Alliance for 14 of those years! Of all of her experience in the field, Becky’s favorite part about her job is forming relationships and being challenged. She continues, “When I was an examiner, I liked the challenge of digging into property and then seeing it all come together from the title side. Today, it is forming those relationships with escrow officers and helping those around me learn the ins and outs of title.”

Outside of the office, Becky loves spending time in the outdoors or finding a new hobby. She’s recently found a new passion for exercising at the local gym with a good friend and coworker! Becky also loves being a Grandma to her 11-month old grandson.

“Better to have it than not need it, than to need it and not have it,” is Becky’s go-to quote. She explains, “I always over pack to go anywhere. From my late husband whom made this a saying to live by, to this day our daughter using and smiling when she recites it. Wonderful memories.”
