Please give a round of applause for our newest Employee Spotlight, Janel Young!

Janel is a Title Assistant for Alliance’s Rexburg, Idaho office. Janel has been with Alliance for 25 years(unfortunately COVID has paused her exciting sabbatical vacation plans) – and the Rexburg office has been so lucky to have her!

The Alliance Title Team is Janel’s favorite thing about her work. She explains, “My co-workers are what I like most about what I do. I have made lifelong friendships at Alliance Title, and we make such an amazing team. It makes coming to work seem more like a community and not just a job.”

Of the Alliance Core Values, “Trust,” is Janel’s favorite. She continues, “Trust is my favorite core value, because it is my belief that with trust at the top of the list, the others just nicely fall into place.”

Outside of work, Janel enjoys spending time with her family – her two daughters are her best friends! Janel also loves outings with her girlfriends, reading, shopping, and traveling whenever and wherever she can.

When she thinks of whom she admires, she immediately thinks of her parents – “You will never meet two more selfless people. They are constantly giving to everyone and anyone in need and are super supportive.”

Janel’s favorite quote, “Life is good when you are happy, but it is much better when others are happy because of you,” is something she tries to live by. She explains, “When our focus is on serving and helping others, everything just seems to fall into place.”
